New Reps recieve 40% on first order regardless of order size then  your  2^nd,3^rd

and 4^th  order are 40%

as long as your order is at least $50.

 * items are always 20% unless you are PC and above.

After the 4^th order as a new rep then you will need to pay attention to your

earning chart.  The HOT points* chart below you will need to pay attention to once you have past the 4^th   order so you can maximize your earnings.
